This is of course possible. However, we would like to ask you to keep your panties on when trying on bikini bottoms and swimsuits.

We completely understand you, sometimes you change your mind. You can write us an email as soon as possible after ordering. If the order has not yet been packed and shipped at that point, cancellation is not a problem.

Popular sizes and styles can quickly sell out. If your desired size is out of stock, please contact us at info@maindesign.ch.

We will gladly inform you if and when the item is expected to be back in stock.

You can pay in advance with a credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal or TWINT.

From an order value of CHF 120 you receive free shipping throughout Switzerland.

We send letter mail via A-Post and costs CHF 4.00. We send parcel post via B-Post and costs CHF 7.00.

The costs for return shipping for exchanges and returns must be paid by the costumer. However, you will receive a free shipping code for an exchange or future purchase.

Different tariffs apply for shipping abroad. The costs will be calculated at checkout. Customs and taxes are not included in the shipping price and must be requested from the respective customs office.

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Switzerland.

Smaller orders with one to two items are usually sent as an A-Post letter. These are typically delivered on the next business day.

Larger orders are shipped as a parcel or small goods shipment with Swiss Post. Depending on the shipping method, delivery usually takes a few business days.

Please note that during sales, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volume, delivery may take a little longer.

If your order is shipped as a tracked parcel, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Smaller orders that we send as a normal A-Post letter do not have tracking.

Oh no – that shouldn't happen, of course.

Please write to us at info@maindesign.ch and send us your order number and a photo of the item. We will look into this as soon as possible and find a suitable solution together.

This is absolutely no problem as long as the returned items are returned in their original condition - which means: unused, clean, undamaged. Products purchased on sale can also be returned.

Yes, discounted items can generally be returned within our regular return period.

However, items discounted by more than 50% are considered final sale and are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Otherwise, the items must meet our regular return conditions.

Items from the super sale, which are offered from time to time on Instagram and Facebook, are excluded from returns.

For returns or exchanges, please use our return form and fill it out completely.

1. Shop Credit

The simplest and most flexible option.

The value of your return will be credited to you as shop credit and can be used directly for your next purchase at MAIN Design.

As a small thank you, we'll also give you CHF 5.– bonus credit.

2. Exchange

Do you want a different size, color, or model?

Simply write to us at info@maindesign.ch and let us know which item you would like. We are also happy to advise you on choosing the right size.

We will cover the shipping costs for your first exchange item.

The return of the original item to us is at your expense.

3. Refund

Of course, you can also opt for a refund.

The amount of the returned items will be refunded to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are not refunded for refunds.

To continue offering fair prices, high-quality materials, and consciously produced collections, we charge a small processing fee of CHF 5.- for the return of an entire order.

This fee does not apply to size exchanges or partial returns.

We will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Your items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

For our swimwear and activewear, we predominantly use high-quality recycled materials.

These include fabrics made from regenerated or recycled fibers such as ECONYL® or REPREVE®. They allow us to conserve new resources while developing durable, comfortable, and functional products.

Depending on the product, we use different materials. The exact composition can be found directly on the respective product page.

Our swimwear and activewear are produced in small manufacturing facilities in Bali.

We have been working closely with our producers for many years and value not only their craftsmanship but also the personal and long-term relationships that have developed from this collaboration.

A large portion of our products are handmade and produced in small quantities.

We try to view sustainability not as a single step, but as part of the entire design process.

This includes, among other things:

• the use of recycled and durable materials
• small production quantities instead of large overproduction
• timeless designs that can be worn for several seasons
• resource-efficient packaging wherever possible
• close and long-term cooperation with our production partners

Our goal is not to be perfect, but to continuously improve our processes.

We work closely and long-term with our production partners in Bali and visit the production facilities regularly.

For us, respectful interaction, fair working conditions, safe workplaces, and appropriate remuneration are naturally part of responsible production.

Our close relationship with our producers also allows us to discuss developments and challenges directly with each other.

We deliberately produce in small quantities and use recycled materials for many of our products.

In doing so, we aim to reduce overproduction, conserve resources, and create products that can be worn for a long time.

We also continuously question and improve our processes for packaging and shipping.

In addition, we support Healthy Seas with 1% of our online sales, thereby contributing to projects for marine conservation and the recovery of lost fishing nets.

For us, quality begins with the design itself.

We carefully select our materials, pay attention to fit and function, and work with experienced producers who are familiar with our requirements.

Our products are inspected before they leave our warehouse.

Our ambition is to develop swimwear that not only looks beautiful but also accompanies you through many summers, travels, and adventures.

To keep your swimwear looking its best for as long as possible:

• Rinse with clear water after swimming.
• Avoid leaving chlorine, saltwater, and sunscreen in the fabric for extended periods.
• Preferably hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with mild detergent.
• Do not wring or twist.
• Dry in the shade.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces.

Particularly rough pool surfaces such as PebbleTec, rough tiles, concrete, or pool edges can abrade and damage the fabric. Therefore, try not to sit or lean on them directly with your swimwear.

This way, your favorite piece will stay beautiful longer – and with you longer.

Yes, we offer gift cards which are the perfect gift for any occasion.

With our gift cards, there's no need to rush. We havenot set a specific expiration date for them, so you can use them for your purchase at MAIN Design at a later time.

We do not currently offer customization or personalization services, but our diverse selection allows you to create a unique look.
