This website is owned and operated by MAIN Design.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms and conditions, you must not place an order. MAIN Design reserves the right to change these “General Terms and Conditions” at any time.

Shipment

The product prices listed in this online shop do not include shipping costs. In the event of unavoidable additional shipping costs due to large orders, you will be contacted before the products are shipped. If you would like to purchase additional services such as signature confirmation, insurance or express shipping, please contact us by email at info@maindesign.ch for more information. Additionally, MAIN Design is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses as entered by the customer. Be sure to check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping Switzerland

We ship on the same day if possible. Letter mail is sent via A-Post, parcel post via B-Post.

Shipping abroad

We send our goods via A-Post with Swiss Post (www.post.ch). After ordering, depending on the recipient country, it will take between 1 and 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Important information: Customs and taxes are not included in the shipping costs. These are paid by the recipient.

Please note that MAIN Design is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping, or for locating lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Order process / payment

All orders must be paid via credit card, Twint or PayPal via the Paypal website (www.paypal.com). Orders are prepared and shipped immediately after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Returns

When trying on our swimwear, make sure you are wearing appropriate underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are dirty. We are happy to issue you a refund for a full-price online purchase if the item is received back within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition (all tags must be left attached and items must be returned with the original packaging). We recommend that you try on all products upon receipt so that the return can be made within our insurance period. Worn, damaged, altered or washed products will not be accepted.

Please fill out the “return form” if you would like to send your order back to us. Make sure you fill out the form completely, including your correct bank account details, so we can refund the money straight away. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help.

We do not cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items returned to us in error. All returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and all goods are inspected upon return.

Please note that MAIN Design does not offer returns or exchanges on clearance items. We ask that you check your items carefully before purchasing.

If the goods are delivered damaged, please return them to us with a description of the damage.
