This website is owned and operated by MAIN Design.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not place an order. MAIN Design reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions" at any time.

Shipping

From February 2, 2026, to May 1, 2026, shipments will exceptionally be sent from two different warehouses. Therefore, depending on the order, goods may be shipped in more than one package.

Product prices listed in this online shop do not include shipping costs. In the event of unavoidable additional shipping costs due to large orders, you will be contacted before the products are shipped. If you wish to purchase additional services such as signature confirmation, insurance, or express shipping, please contact us by email at info@maindesign.ch for more information. Furthermore, MAIN Design is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses as entered by the customer. Therefore, please be sure to check your shipping address before placing your order.

Shipping Switzerland

Whenever possible, we ship on the same day. Letter mail is sent via A-Post, parcel post via B-Post.

International Shipping

We ship our goods via A-Post with Swiss Post (www.post.ch). After placing your order, it will take between 1 to 3 weeks for your package to arrive, depending on the destination country. Important information: Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs. These are paid by the recipient.

Please note that MAIN Design is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit, or for locating lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Order Process / Payment

All orders are to be paid via credit card, Twint or PayPal through the Paypal website (www.paypal.com). Orders will be prepared and shipped immediately after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Returns

All returns must be sent to the following address:

When trying on our swimwear, please ensure you wear appropriate underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are soiled. We are happy to issue a refund for a full-price online purchase if the goods are received back within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition (all tags must remain attached and items must be returned with their original packaging). We recommend you try on all products upon receipt so that returns can be made within our insurance period. Worn, damaged, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.

We do not cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items mistakenly returned to us. All returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and all goods are inspected upon return.

From February 1, 2026, to May 1, 2026, direct exchange of items is not possible. A new order must be placed. We thank you for your understanding.
