This website is owned and operated by MAIN Design.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not place an order. MAIN Design reserves the right to change these "General Terms and Conditions" at any time.

Shipping

The product prices listed in this online shop do not include shipping costs. In the event of unavoidable additional shipping costs due to large orders, you will be contacted before the products are shipped. If you wish to purchase additional services such as signature confirmation, insurance, or express shipping, please contact us by email at info@maindesign.ch for more information. Furthermore, MAIN Design is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses as entered by the customer. Therefore, please be sure to check your shipping address before placing your order.

Pick up

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, you can try on and pick up your ordered items at Surfari Surf Shop in Zurich.

Shipping Switzerland

We ship the same day if possible via A-Post. Shipping is usually done with DPD. For orders over CHF 150.00, we ship items free of charge throughout Switzerland.

International Shipping

We ship items abroad only upon request. Please contact us at: info@maindesign.ch

Order Process / Payment

All orders must be paid for via credit card, Twint or PayPal through the Paypal website (www.paypal.com). Orders will be prepared and shipped immediately after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Exchanges and Returns

Please register your return via your customer profile.

If you would like an exchange or shop credit for your return, please send us a short email to info@maindesign.ch.

Your options for a return

You have three options:

1. Shop Credit 💛 (our recommendation)

The simplest and most flexible solution is shop credit.

Your amount remains in the shop and you can use it directly for your next purchase.

✨ As a thank you, you will receive an additional CHF 5 bonus credit.

2. Exchange

Do you want a different size or another model?

You have several options:

  • You can try on your items at Surfari Surf Shop in Zurich and exchange them directly.

  • Or: As soon as your return arrives, we will send you your desired replacement item. The first exchange is even free of shipping costs for you. Send us an email with your desired exchange item.

  • Alternatively, you can contact us by email and we will find the right solution together. We will personally take care of your request 💛

3. Refund

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.

To continue offering fair prices, high-quality materials and consciously produced collections, we charge a small processing fee of CHF 5 for returns of a complete order.

This fee does not apply to size exchanges or partial returns.

Important

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

When trying on our swimwear, please ensure you wear appropriate underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the item is soiled. We are happy to provide a refund for a full-price online purchase if the item is returned within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition (all tags must remain attached and items must be returned with their original packaging). We recommend trying on all products upon receipt so that the return can be made within our insurance period. Worn, damaged, altered, or washed products will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for items mistakenly returned to us. All returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, and all goods will be inspected upon return.

If the goods are delivered damaged, please return them to us with a description of the damage.
